Propeller made entirely of naval aluminum, anodized, airfoil profile, wide, allowing construction with fewer blades for the same design conditions. Due to the fewer blades, the noise level is lower. Adjustable blade angle. Propellers from 0.4 m to 1.5 m
Propeller with cast aluminum hub, wide airfoil blades in fiberglass, construction with few blades for the same design conditions. Due to fewer blades, the noise level is lower. Adjustable blade angle. Propellers from 1.75 m to 3.55 m.
Extremely robust axial propellers with cadmium-plated steel hub and airfoil blades. The 9E model allows construction with a greater number of blades, depending on the design conditions. Built with diameters from 1.75m to 6.25m.
Injected in Polypropylene. Good resistance, with crossed channels.
Extruded triangular slats in PVC or Polypropylene.
Used with water contaminated with oils or suspended solids.
Multiplate Nozzles with Quick-Fit Rubber Fitting: These nozzles are responsible for spraying hot water evenly over the tower filling, ensuring efficient heat exchange with the air. The difference with the rubber fitting is in its practicality and performance: it offers a secure seal, prevents leaks and facilitates both installation and removal, without the need for tools.
Caravela double-stage droplet eliminator is used to remove droplets from a gas stream. It divides the air into single streams, forcing them to change direction abruptly. The droplets carried by the gas are unable to change direction and are forced, by centrifugal force, against the eliminator blades.
Caravela designs and builds the best water distribution for cooling towers. It successfully replaces old constructions in channels and/or rotating arms. Careful hydraulic calculation, with water speeds inside the pipes that avoid pipes and low-maintenance spray systems with excellent durability.
With a robust housing and protection against humidity and dust, due to the industrial environment in which they operate. They are designed to work continuously and withstand high temperatures and climate variations. Electrical data depends on each specific installation.
They will be from the Nord or WEG brand, of the parallel shaft helical type, with a service factor equal to or greater than 2. They are designed to operate in extra heavy duty service, ideal for hot environments and with air saturated with humidity, ensuring performance and durability even in severe conditions.
